  • Private Personal Training

    Hour-long one-on-one training sessions individualized to the client’s unique goals & needs. New clients go through an initial assessment before committing to training so that Liz can get a good idea of where to go with programming & whether she is the best fit for that client’s needs.

  • Semi-Private Personal Training

    Hour-long training sessions with 2-4 clients - a great option for couples or a group of friends with similar training goals! Everyone in the session follows a generally similar training program with tweaks & modifications for individual clients as needed. Each individual must undergo an initial assessment if they are a new client.

  • Custom Workout Programming

    For those who cannot commit to personal training but still need assistance and a tailored program in the gym. Liz will extensively discuss your goals & needs, & when possible, the client will go through an in-person initial assessment session. From there, depending on the client’s goals, needs, time constraints, & budget, Liz will program workouts for the client to do on their own. This option includes access to an app where the client can view & log workouts, communicate with Liz, & track progress.
