Liz Connors, CPT

Liz has a long history of playing sports, running, & cardio workouts, but it wasn’t until she became a personal trainer in 2018 that she discovered her love for strength training. She realized that she didn’t have to work out as a punishment or to be the smallest, frailest version of herself - the feeling of being strong & the mental toughness she gained through lifting was way better! She strives to cultivate this mindset with her clients as well.

Watching her clients gain not only physical strength but also self-confidence, resilience, & drive that applies outside the gym is her favorite part of being a trainer. She is big on educating her clients - teaching them proper form & tweaks to get the most out of their movements as well as the “why” behind their workouts.

Liz believes that fitness is not one size fits all & enjoys tailoring workout programming to every client’s unique goals and needs. She LOVES to get creative with movements & find ways to make them work for her clients in the event of some sort of restriction. She is big on communicating with her clients, checking in with them throughout workouts to ensure they are getting the most out of each movement & doing everything pain-free.

Whether you’re 15 or 84, a former professional athlete or have lived a mostly sedentary lifestyle, looking to PR your deadlift or just wanting to generally feel stronger & more mobile in your everyday life - Liz will help you get there.
